NEXT UPCoached Hill Training for all
Before attending your first training session after restart, if possible please complete and digitally sign our Covid-19 pre-activity health questionnaire if possible – you only need to complete this once before you resume training with the club.
Note: If you cannot do this you will still be able to sign the training agreement register before each session.

This session is run by our Senior Fell Coach, Kerrie-Anne and will focus on hill work, overall strength, confidence and speed. The session is open to all abilities. Expect a 45-50 minute program set in various locations which will be confirmed on the TAC Facebook page.
