Before attending your first training session after restart, if possible please complete and digitally sign our Covid-19 pre-activity health questionnaire if possible – you only need to complete this once before you resume training with the club.
Note: If you cannot do this you will still be able to sign the training agreement register before each session.

Meet from 6.15pm to start training 6.30pm.
BE SEEN & BE SAFE: Please wear high visibility clothing and bring a head torch or other illumination if you have it.
This is a very accessible and adaptable weekly training run that is open to senior runners of all abilities. Although everyone will follow the same general route outlined below, people may be split into two or three groups on the night - each with a qualified run leader - to run between four and eight miles.

All the way down Harrison Drive, turning right at the bottom along Vivary Way. At the second pedestrian crossing veer right down the ramp onto Barrowford Road and continue along this all the way to Barrowford turning right at the George & Dragon. Head up the long hill through Higherford and along Gisburn Road past the Rising Sun to top of the village at Blacko Bar Road. Turn around at the flower beds and return to Holt House via the reverse route.
SHORTER ROUTE • 4.6 miles • View on Mapometer
Follow the couple of miles of the Standard Route until you reach the bus turning area in Higherford, then retrace your outward route back to base.
May do loops of Barrowford reservoir (summer only), loops of Whittycroft Avenue, or join the end of the group on the way down and go back to the top of Blacko.
