Progression Session (Holt house, colne)
Meet from 6.45pm to start running 7.00m.
A general group run of up to 6-7 miles with multiple routes often available.
This session is run by Ashley Eastwood or Gary Sutcliffe and is tailored to suit newer runners who would like to progress to longer than 5K distances, so it's also a great option for faster Couch to 5K graduates.
It's a terrific stepping stone towards attending other general club training and gives a good insight into the all-inclusive and supportive ethos of Team TAC.
