Smashing 5Ks on the Podium

The super-fast Podium 5K road races returned last weekend where we were represented in the sub-18.30 and sub-17.30 events by Shaun Heys and Martin Greenwood.

Shaun bagged a cracking 17.05, while Martin well and truly smashed his own PB by 51 seconds with a blistering 15.58, as far as we know the fastest 5K in the club's history!
