COVID-19 TRAINING INFORMATION

Before attending your first training session after restart, if possible please complete and digitally sign our Covid-19 pre-activity health questionnaire if possible – you only need to complete this once before you resume training with the club.

Note: If you cannot do this you will still be able to sign the training agreement register before each session.

Meet from 6.45pm to start running 7.00m.

BE SEEN & BE SAFE: Please wear high visibility clothing and bring a head torch or other illumination if you have it.

A general group run of up to 6-7 miles with multiple routes often available.

This session is run by Ashley Eastwood, Gary Sutcliffe or Claire Storozuk and is tailored to suit newer runners who would like to progress to longer than 5K distances, so it's also a great option for faster Couch to 5K graduates.

It's a terrific stepping stone towards attending other general club training and gives a good insight into the all-inclusive and supportive ethos of Team TAC.
