COVID-19 TRAINING INFORMATION

Before attending your first training session after restart, if possible please complete and digitally sign our Covid-19 pre-activity health questionnaire if possible – you only need to complete this once before you resume training with the club.

Note: If you cannot do this you will still be able to sign the training agreement register before each session.

This quarter due to leader shortages we're just running one group and the sessions are typically 75 to 90 min long. It's essentially a blend of the 60 and 90 sessions and the make up of the group on the night and weather conditions will generally influence whether it's more like the 60 or the 90. If you get my drift.

The 90min session is for experienced off-road runners who can run continuously for 90 minutes over arduous and often remote terrain.

The 60min session is aimed at those who want to get into off road running and experienced off roaders alike. Expect to run for an hour at a steady pace on some great low level trails.

For their own welfare participants are expected to have enough kit with them to be comfortable if circumstances are such that the group has to walk or be stationery for some time, so do check the forecast and pack accordingly.
